A ruota libera (2000) is a comedy directed by and starring Vincenzo Salemme, featuring Sabrina Ferilli and Carlo Buccirosso.
The story follows a shy and insecure man who, after a series of unforeseen circumstances, finds himself caught up in an adventurous escape with a young woman. Throughout the journey, the two face absurd situations and unexpected encounters that constantly test their composure.
Ironic and dynamic, A ruota libera is an Italian comedy built on misunderstandings and a brilliant pace, typical of Vincenzo Salemme's theatrical and cinematic style.
